How to get from the airport "El Prat" Barcelona

If you arrive at Barcelona Airport "El Prat", you are lucky because it's not far from the city center. I estimate between 30 and 45 minutes. If you entertain more and is the first time you come to Barcelona it can take around 1 hour at most.

The transport to the city center is very easy and comfortable, whether you arrive during the day and night. Many people think that in the night is better to take a taxi, but the fact is that there are night buses running all night to the most central areas of Barcelona, paying only 2'15€ (paying on the bus) or 1 € (if you have the ticket "T-10").

To go to the city center you can take the train "RN2" or the buses.

If you arrive at terminal T1:

-TRAIN: The train is in terminal T2 so you have to take the free shuttle to the terminal 2. Once you're in the T2, buy a ticket in the machines when you get to the train station. It's nothing difficult.

-BUS: Maybe it faster and more convenient and hassle if you get to the T1. You got the Aerobus A1, which is special to the airport so it is worth a little more expensive than the normal city, so I recommend taking the bus number 46 to the output terminal, for a price of € 2'15.

If you arrive at night and are more than 23: 00h, take the N17.

Si llegas al aeropuerto de Barcelona de "El Prat", tienes suerte pues no está lejos del centro de la ciudad. Estimo entre 30 y 45 minutos. Si te entretienes más y es la primera vez que vienes a Barcelona puedes tomar una hora como mucho.

El transporte al centro de la ciudad es muy fácil y cómodo, tanto si llegas durante el día como de noche. Mucha gente cree que de noche lo mejor es coger un taxi, pero lo cierto es que hay autobuses nocturnos que circulan durante toda la noche hacia las áreas más céntricas de Barcelona, por tan solo 2'15€ (pagando en el autobús) o 1€ (si tienes el ticket "T-10").

Para ir al centro de la ciudad puedes tomar el tren "RN2" o los autobuses.

Si llegas a la terminal T1:
-TREN: Para coger el tren tienes que ir a la Terminal 2. Para ir a la terminar 2 debes coger el autobús lanzadera gratis que esta a la salida de la T1. Compra un ticket en las máquinas cuando llegues a la estación del tren. No tiene pérdida.
-BUS: Quizás lo más rápido y cómodo y sin complicaciones si llegas a la T1. Tienes el Aerobus A1, que es el especial para el aeropuerto por lo que vale un poco más caro que el urbano normal, asi que te recomiendo coger el bus número 46 a la salida de la terminal, por un precio de 2'15€.
Si llegas de noche y son más de las 23:00h, toma el N17.

Si llegas a la terminal T2:
Estás de suerte porque esta terminal está mejor comunicada y a 10 minutos más cerca del centro.
-TREN: Esta al final de la terminal. Compra en la máquina un billete de "T-10" para tener 10 viajes y coge el tren número "R2" o "R2N".
-BUS: Puedes coger el Aerobus A2, el número 46 y el número N16 si llegas por la noche.
